You receive a memory leak in nonpaged pool memory

Your Microsoft Windows 2000-based server may start to run very slowly, and it may eventually stop responding (hang). When this problem occurs, the following event is logged in the system event log:
Event ID: 2019
Description: The server was unable to allocate from the system nonpaged pool because the Pool was empty.
